Byrne Technical Services offers a range of staff development plans that are relevant to individual needs and provides training sessions to update employee skills.
We believe in the principle that a company is only as good as its people. Keeping that in mind, we challange all employees to grow not just within the organisation, but as individuals too.
Training
Employees are invited to attend training sessions in order to remain up-to-date with regulations and certifications as required by their job, whether it is a technical, safety or a subject specific qualification.
With many of our team being site or factory-based, computer literacy may not be a key skill but it’s one that we think is valuable. All employees are therefore trained to be proficient in using the internet, email, and MS Office.
We understand that our growth is directly dependent on the success of each employee in their role and will continue to invest in people throughout their career with Byrne Technical Services.
