Employees are invited to attend training sessions in order to remain up-to-date with regulations and certifications as required by their job, whether it is a technical, safety or a subject specific qualification.
With many of our team being site or factory-based, computer literacy may not be a key skill but it’s one that we think is valuable. All employees are therefore trained to be proficient in using the internet, email, and MS Office.
